Through guided journaling and hands-on art-making techniques, you’ll reflect on your unique story and weave it into something tangible and meaningful.
Each workshop offers a supportive space for reflection, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re new to journaling or art-making or experienced, these workshops are designed to help you develop your narrative and express it through different art forms.
