Badri has more than 20 years of consulting experience, having served clients across all markets in APAC. He has deep operations and performance improvement experience in packaged and fresh food, personal care, and alcoholic beverages with an emphasis on supply chain, manufacturing, and cost transformation. Badri brings cross-industry performance improvement expertise, having previously spent much of his time advising clients in oil and gas, specialty chemicals, cement, and other industrial and infrastructure industry sectors. Prior to consulting, Badri was a project engineer with Siemens, designing and executing capital projects in the cement and textile industry. Badri holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Sasthra University.

Michael is an international executive with extensive experience leading and transforming businesses across Asia. He spent over 20 years with multinationals HEINEKEN and DIAGEO in senior leadership roles, and most recently served as Regional Managing Director for Southeast Asia at MAYORA, a leading family-owned consumer goods company. Michael is a SID Accredited Director, and has been an active member of YPO since 2014.

Hemant is currently Head of Contract and Transition Management of the Global Shared Services at RHI Magnesita. Hemant has more than 33 years of work experience in Finance and Procurement (Sourcing) functions with large MNCs namely American Express, GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays and Coty Inc. He has performed diverse roles in Asia Pacific leading Shared Services Transformation and delivery of Finance Controllership and Procurement Operations. He comes with strong functional expertise of building and operating large Global Finance and Procurement Shared Services/ Centers of Excellence, across multiple sites. Hemant led Transformation and Change Management while building Global Finance Controllership Center of Excellence of 400+ staff and successfully implemented SLAs/ KPIs and risk/ control framework at the Centers of Excellence. He has demonstrated excellent relationship management, leadership and effective inter-personal skills working with Global stakeholders, CFOs and Controllers across geographies.

Joyce joined the Board of Directors of The Tapestry Project Limited in August 2024. She has a keen interest in supporting charities whose mission focuses on mental health education, empowerment and help, especially for youth and young adults. Tapestry is one such charity, and its championing of early intervention through personal stories and journaling, resonated strongly with her. She has also been a long-time donor and supporter of MSF, UNICEF, and her alma mater, King’s College London. On the professional front, Joyce is an Executive Director and Team Head within the Chief Operating, Digital Business & Strategy Office for Global Financial Markets in DBS Bank. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and in Hong Kong; living and working at global law firms and financial institutions in London and Hong Kong for over two decades before returning to Singapore.

Adrian is founder and senior counsel at Merlot Consulting. A multi-awarded communicator and marketer, he brings more than two decades of strategic communications, branding, and stakeholder engagement expertise to leadership teams across Asia. He advises boards and senior executives on reputation and crisis management, and integrated communications strategy, supporting organisations through complex transformations and high-visibility challenges. Adrian has led communications and marketing for multinational corporations, SMEs, and non-profit organisations, and is recognised for his ability to align narrative, purpose, and long-term organisational value. He contributes to industry development through mentoring, training, and thought leadership in communications and corporate reputation.

Colyn is passionate about creating opportunities and interactions between social good and business profitability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Work) from NUS and a Master in Business Administration from SMU. She was a Medical Social Worker with Tan Tock Seng Hospital before she joined Jardine Matheson Group to lead its corporate social responsibility programme as well as its registered mental health charity Jardines MINDSET, where she ran the organisation’s strategy, employee volunteer programme and collaborations with other social service agencies. Most recently, she was with the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre driving its purpose of nurturing the heart of Singapore by shaping the organisation’s strategy and policies.
